5 months!

(yesterday)

Miles had a good 5 month birthday. We took his birthday bear pictures in the morning. He tried to eat his clothes and decided he didn't want any pictures with the bear in his birthday outfit.

He enjoyed playing with his blanket on the couch.

Finally got the outfit on him. But he was done with pictures after these.

We went to the Puyallup fair the rest of the day. Miles had fun, except when it was sprinkling. That only lasted a few minutes. (The sprinkling, that is. He was quite happy most of the time.)

Om nom nom-ing on the Moby.
 Looking at some baby chicks.
 Love it.
Block of fresh cut curly fries. Or "curley" fries, as the sign says. Miles wants them. Actually, he wants pretty much everything I'm holding and/or eating.
I moved the camera, but I like how this one turned out. (Love the drool on my shirt)

And the best part: the latest video of Miles!

Sitting

Miles is enjoying sitting up for a few seconds at a time all by himself. He can even sit up from a slight inclined position. So fun! He's showing off his skills here:

And a video. He goes from eating his toes to realizing he can't sit back up and isn't very happy about it.

Miles just discovered his tongue yesterday. He loves sticking it out whenever he smiles now.

Love our baby boy.

Food!

Miles (maybe) enjoyed his first food on Thursday...
A little messy
 There's a smile

Bib for dessert!

He mastered keeping some of it in his mouth tonight.   :)

Miles is showing preference for his mommy. We were at the grocery store today and the cashier started talking to him. He quickly screamed and buried his head in my chest. Apparently she was a little scary!

He was playing with his new teether and decided his face would be a good place to store it:

He now prefers burp rags and blankets over toys. They're easier to eat.

Showing off in his new jumparoo (Craigslist score!)

Kitty and Simon say HI!

And who can pass up a huge marshmallow?
