He mastered keeping some of it in his mouth tonight. :)
Miles is showing preference for his mommy. We were at the grocery store today and the cashier started talking to him. He quickly screamed and buried his head in my chest. Apparently she was a little scary!

He now prefers burp rags and blankets over toys. They're easier to eat.

Damien saw Kitty and got all excited: "Diddy! Mowww, mowwww, mowwww!" And then saw Simon: "Rowwww, rowww!"
ReplyDeleteDamien didn't really care for rice cereal. He LOVED sweet potatoes, though :) I baked it for like an hour and then pureed it with some formula (you would obviously use breastmilk.) It made like a week's worth of babyfood! You could also do pumpkin, it's another GREAT starter food, and it's really good mixed with applesauce :)
Awww Damien is too cute. Thanks for the tips on the food. We skipped rice cereal and went straight to oatmeal. :) Pumpkin sounds great. I wouldn't have thought of that!
